This Ground up Construction of a 4 story, 10,000 sqft Residential building, located in Gurugram's premium area began in 2017 and was completed in 2019. We were the real estate developers, managing inhouse Construction and Architecture work. The project has a 1,825 sqft Condominium on each floor, with a total of 4 condominiums and a 2,700 sqft of stilt car parking area. Additionally, there is a terrace garden that offers a view of Gurugram's skyline. Each Condominium has luxurious interiors with 100% Italian marble flooring, a private elevator, a factory-made high-end wardrobe, and kitchen appliances.

This Ground up construction of 3 Condominiums (1 on each floor) with an area of 5,500 Sqft was completed in 2017. We were the Real Estate Developers, where the Project's Construction and Architecture were managed In-house. The building falls under a high seismic zone and therefore, the structure was designed as per the Seismic zone 4 rating. Energy Efficiency was a priority when the building was being designed and constructed. There is 100% LED indoor and outdoor lighting. In addition to this, the property has 10,000 liters rainwater harvesting tank that collects rainwater from all the terraces and recharges underground water.
